30 DAY MONEY-BACK  GUARANTEE

We use fairly accurate coverage mapping software to determine about 85% of the time whether service is available to you, simply with a telephone conversation.  In some circumstances we may feel a site survey is required to confirm service availability.  Site surveys are $45 and this amount is applied as a credit on your initial installation charge if service is available upon completing the site survey.  We only perform site surveys for customers who are committed to subscribing if service is available and we will install the same day we perform the site survey if the survey is successful.

Due to our service being available without any contract, all of our billing is performed on a monthly basis on the first of each month.  Our billing is done using automated billing software to keep costs down to you, our customer.  With this in mind, we require a method of payment to be on file in our billing software.  We accept the following methods of automatic recurring payments:

• Debit Card with Visa or Mastercard logo

• Discover
• American Express
• Quarterly or Semi-Annual Paper Billing (eBilling - $5/mo. administrative fee applies)

Winchester Wireless is a locally owned and operated company and therefore we reserve the right to make exceptions to this automatic payment requirement on a case-by-case basis.

Equipment is leased to the customer by Winchester Wireless.  As such, Winchester Wireless will repair or replace provided equipment if it should become inoperable, preventing the customer from gaining access to the internet.  After six months on service, any required on-site field service calls or leased equipment replacement will be subject to a $35 lease maintenance fee.

It is the responsibility of the customer to allow our field staff access to the property to retrieve leased equipment upon cancellation of service.  Any equipment not returned to Winchester Wireless within seven business days of service cancellation will be billed to the customer's method of payment on file at the replacement retail cost of $599.  There is no service fee for our field staff to come out to remove equipment upon cancellation.
