We use fairly accurate coverage mapping software to determine
about 85% of the time whether service is available to you, simply
with a telephone conversation. In some circumstances we may
feel a site survey is required to confirm service availability.
Site surveys are $35 and this amount is applied as a credit on your
initial installation charge if service is available upon completing
the site survey. We only perform site surveys for customers
who are committed to subscribing if service is available and we will
install the same day we perform the site survey if the survey is
successful.
Due to our service being available without any contract, all of
our billing is performed on a monthly basis on the first of each
month. Our billing is done using automated billing software to
keep costs down to you, our customer. With this in mind, we
require a method of payment to be on file in our billing software.
We accept the following methods of automatic recurring payments:

Winchester Wireless is a locally owned and operated company and
therefore we reserve the right to make exceptions to this automatic
payment requirement on a case-by-case basis.
All equipment comes with a full one year warranty on hardware and
manufacturing defects. Upon your one-year anniversary of
service your account is eligible for an equipment maintenance
protection. Equipment maintenance is $5 per month and covers all
repair or replacement calls on your subscriber module with only a
$35 deductible per claim. This is offered internally through
our company as a value-add service to you, our customer.
Customers are automatically enrolled in the equipment maintenance
protection upon their one year anniversary of service activation.
If you should ever cancel service for any reason at any point
beyond the initial 30 day money back guarantee period, we will
purchase your equipment back for $100, provided it is still in
operational condition. We will send an installer to remove the
equipment so you do not have to try to remove it to sell it back to
us. There is no charge for the installer to come out to remove
it for you when you take advantage of this buyback program.
